Hypnobirthing at home

In-person classes are location-dependent (typically within the Kent/Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire areas). We work together to find timings that work for you.

Includes relaxation audios, a parents’ folder, hypnobirthing book and gift bag.

Cesarean section-specific hypnobirthing course

Many hypnobirthing courses give very little time and focus to cesarean births; I deliver a cesarean-specific course to give you the information, reassurance and tools to have an incredible birth experience.

This course is 4 hours long and is only available to those who are confirmed, or very likely, to have a cesarean birth.

Refresher

If you’ve previously done a course with me but would like to have a recap, you can book my 90 minute refresher session. With relaxations, a little treat for you and your little one and a chance to answer any questions you have.

Group classes

I offer small group classes to ensure everyone feels comfortable, so if you’re lucky enough to be expecting alongside a friend or family member, or maybe a few of your NCT group are looking at taking a hypnobirthing course, then get in touch to discuss dates, locations and a nice little discount.

Pay-what-you-can

I believe that everyone should have access to hypnobirthing regardless of their circumstances. If you would like to book a course with me but the prices stated above are preventing you from doing so, then you can email me in full confidence for a pay-what-you-can slot.

These slots are based on honesty (I don’t request any proof of income etc). If you can afford to pay the full price, please don’t apply to take a slot that could be offered to someone in need.
